It's after Giannini and before Kyoko/Haru. D: Image number 81! I'd be eternally grateful if someone is able to tell me (though I think it's because I haven't completed some missions yet. XD)!

And for those who need help unlocking the pictures in the gallery...

Page 1 - Complete the story mode option.

Page 2 - Character's hyper strike must connect or K.O the opponent.

Page 3 - Complete the battle arena option, they're the ending pictures. xD

Page 4 - Complete the story mode option.

Page 5 - Complete story mode version 2 (you'll get it after you complete the story mode for the first time).

Page 6 - Complete story mode once (it's the epilogue!)

Page 7 - Complete the story mode option. For the menu mascots, I'm not sure, but there was once when I had to perfectly clear the battle arena (win every match) before I got some of the pictures. D:

Page 8 - Complete story mode version 2.

Note that you have to use the individual characters themselves to get their pictures.

I really love how Genkishi looks. He reminds me of those dudes in the ukiyo-e paintings.. Especially his eyebrows and the shape of his eyes. Like the medicine seller! Maybe that's just me, but I did draw him with kusuriuri san haha!
